Actividad: Izamiento de la Whipala organizado por el Consejo Andino de Naciones Originarias en Nathan Phillips Square-Toronto, Canada.  Participacion gratuita y los organizadores no dan dinero por participar.

Danzas:    Vuelo Inmortal “El encuentro del Aguila y el Condor”Personajes necesarios:  Mama Ocllo, Inka, guerreros, chaman, Condor, Aguila, danzantes virgenes del sol Responsabilidad de los participantes:  Cambio de vestimenta y practica antes del show.  Refrescos seran servidos por los organizadores.

Ensayos previos y entrega de vestimenta:  Fecha: Domingo 17 setiembre 3-5pm en 14 Auburndale Court # 103 (Altura Islinton and Leduc) llamar al 647 361 9225 o 416 206 2337.  

Contribucion Voluntaria: $20 para cubrir mantenimiento de trajes y otros gastos administrativos para mantener el grupo de danzas activo. El grupo de danzas no tiene fondos. Actividad: Octubre es el mes de la Herencia Latinoamericana (LAHM) en Canada y participaremos mostrando orgullosamente nuestras ricas raices culturales y herencia latinoamericana resaltando las contribuiones en Canada en el LATIN FALL FIESTA organizado por EL CONSEJO DE HERENCIA HISPANA CANADIENSE.  Participacion gratuita y los organizadores no dan dinero por participar en la parada. 

Exhibicion de vestimenta y show artistico:    Costa, Sierra y Selva,  (show artistico:  vuelo inmortal, somos las hijas del sol y hualash) Responsabilidad de los participantes:  Cambio de vestimenta y practica antes del parade y show. Entrega de vestimenta y ensayo:  Fecha: Sabado 23 de Setiembre de 3-5pm en 14 Auburndale Court # 103 (Altura Islinton and Leduc) llamar al 647 361 9225 o 416 206 2337.  

Tarifa por participante:  $30.00 incluye costos de inscripcion para participar en la parade y lunch.

Fecha y Hora de Encuentro Terminal Toronto/Scarborough: Sabado 14 de octubre 2023 a las 11:00pm

Hora de llegada a Ottawa:  Domingo 15 de Octubre a las 5:30am Hora Desayuno en Ottawa:  6:00am-8:00am.

Hora de llegada al cementerio: 8:30am- NATIONAL MILITARY CEMETERY-280 Beechwood Ave, Ottawa, Ontario  para los que se cambian vestimenta folklorica es  8:30am  Avisenos para entregarles previamente al viaje el trajes tipico de acuerdo a su medida de su region o en su defecto escogeremos por usted traje de hualash.  Ir abrigados de acuerdo al clima y prefereblimente ropa negra y medias Negras si usa falda tipica con zapatos negros. Hora de Participacion en commemoracion:  10:30am. Algunos participantes podran lucir trajes tipicos del Peru.

Hora Lunch en Ottawa:   1:00-2:30pm

Hora de Salida de Ottawa a Toronto:   3:00pm o 5:00pm

Hora Llegada a Toronto: 8:30pm o 11:00pm del 15 de Octubre   Actividad: Octubre es el mes de la Herencia Latinoamericana (LAHM) en Canada y participaremos mostrando orgullosamente nuestras ricas raices culturales y herencia latinoamericana resaltando las contribuiones en Canada en la Commemoracion Segunda de los Soldados del Common Wealth (Canadienses) de origen  Latinoamericanos que participaron en la primera y segunda Guerra mundial organizado por EL COMITE DE SOLDADOS LATINOAMERICANOS   Participacion gratuita y los organizadores no dan dinero por participar.

Exhibicion de vestimenta:    Hualash, Valicha, Ayacucho, tondero, marinera nortena o simplemente asistir a esta conmemoracion.Responsabilidad de los participantes:  Cambio de vestimenta y practica antes de la commemoracion.  Entrega de Corona Floral en representacion de la Casa Cultural Peruana.  Entrega de vestimenta y ensayo:  Fecha: Domingo 8 de Octubre de 3-5pm en 14 Auburndale Court # 103 (Altura Islinton and Leduc) llamar al 647 361 9225 o 416 206 2337.  

Tarifa por participante:  $200.00 incluye costos de viaje en bus ida y vuelta, ubers en Ottawa solamente,  desayuno, lunch, corona floral compartido entre todos.

Activity: Hoisting of the Whipala organized by the Andean Council of First Nations in Nathan Phillips Square-Toronto, Canada. Free participation and the organizers do not give money for participating. Dances: Immortal Flight “The meeting of the Eagle and the Condor” Required characters: Mama Ocllo, Inka, warriors, shaman, Condor, Eagle, virgin dancers of the sun Responsibility of the participants: Change of clothing and practice before the show. Refreshments will be served by the organizers. Show Time: pending confirmation between 1pm-5pm between September 30 or October 1, 2023. Activity: October is Latin American Heritage Month (LAHM) in Canada and we will participate by proudly displaying our rich cultural roots and Latin American heritage highlighting the contributions in Canada at the LATIN FALL FIESTA organized by THE CANADIAN HISPANIC HERITAGE COUNCIL. Free participation and the organizers do not give money for participating in the parade. Exists Clothing exhibition and artistic show: Coast, Sierra and Jungle, (artistic show: immortal flight, we are the daughters of the sun and hualash)  

Responsibility of the participants: Change of clothing and practice before the parade and show. Dress delivery and rehearsal: Date: Saturday September 23 from 3-5pm at 14 Auburndale Court # 103 (Altura Islinton and Leduc) call 647 361 9225 or 416 206 2337.

Meeting Date and Time Toronto/Scarborough Terminal: Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 11:00pm

Arrival time in Ottawa: Sunday, October 15 at 5:30am

Breakfast Time in Ottawa: 6:00am-8:00am.

Arrival time at the cemetery: 8:30am- NATIONAL MILITARY CEMETERY-280 Beechwood Ave, Ottawa, Ontario for those who change folklore clothing it is 8:30am Notify us to give you prior to the trip the typical costumes according to your region or region. Failing that, we will choose a hualash suit for you. Go warm according to the weather and preferably black clothing and black tights if you wear a typical skirt with black shoes.

Participation time in commemoration: 10:30am. Some participants may wear typical Peruvian costumes.

Lunch Time in Ottawa: 1:00-2:30pm

Departure Time from Ottawa to Toronto: 3:00pm or 5:00pm

Arrival time in Toronto: 8:30pm or 11:00pm on October 15

Clothing exhibition: Hualash, Valicha, Ayacucho, tondero, marinera nortena or simply attend this commemoration. Responsibility of the participants: Change of clothing and practice before the commemoration. Delivery of Floral Wreath on behalf of the Peruvian Cultural House. Dress delivery and rehearsal: Date: Sunday, October 8 from 3-5pm at 14 Auburndale Court # 103 (Altura Islinton and Leduc) call 647 361 9225 or 416 206 2337.  

Fee per participant: $200.00 includes round-trip bus travel costs, Ubers in Ottawa only, breakfast, lunch, and floral wreath shared among all.   Voluntary Contribution: $20 to cover maintenance of costumes and other administrative expenses to keep the dance group active. The dance group has no funds.
